A few years ago, I was looking for a product review about some new laundry detergent, and all the reviews were by mommy bloggers.
Nothing against mommy bloggers, but she and I are just not going to have the same requirements when it comes to laundry detergent.
So I started Single Girls Clean, Too, with a look at domestic tasks through the eyes of a single, childless person. I wrote off and on throughout the years, but it's been nearly two since I've touched the blog.
But I like the idea of writing a lifestyle blog from a single, childless perspective. I definitely appreciate moms and wives, but everyone has a little different point of view.
I wanted to start a fresh platform, because my point of view has changed since I started Single Girls Clean, Too.
I'm in my 30s now, I've been through some rough relationship stuff, I've made some really cool new friends.
I'm less concerned about finding a life partner. If I don't, so what, I'm pretty darn awesome the way it is.
So here's my take on things like cleaning, cooking, baking, dating, working out and anything else as a single woman living in a rural community.
If you're doing it, single girls are doing it too!
